Do you accept custom orders? TOP
Absolutely! That is what we are all about. We understand how hard it can be to find hairbows to match certain outfits or to find the right size and style for your daughter. You can custom order anything on our website or even put in a special request and we will do everything we can to come up with a hairbow that will suit your need. Read over our "Custom Orders" section or e-mail us at customerservice@thegirlygirlbowtique.com for additonal information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and the fact that our items are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your product so if there is an error on our part or something that needs to be corrected please contact us to discuss it further. If you are unsure about a color or a product please e-mail us at customerservice@thegirlygirlbowtique.com with your questions before you place your order.

When will my order ship? TOP
Shipping times vary depending on the products that you order and their availability. Most items ship within 7-10 days from the day that your order is placed. On occasion, some items may be backordered and may take longer to ship. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail and you will have the option to receive a refund if you do not want to wait. If you are ordering in large quantities, your order may take longer to ship because all of our items are custom made. If you would like to know what your shipping time would be before you place an order, please send us an e-mail at customerservice@thegirlygirlbowtique.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you accept checks or money orders by mail? TOP

We no longer accept checks or money orders by mail. All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed thru Paypal, which accepts all major credit or debit cards. For our international customers, we will accept a Money Gram money order. Visit www.moneygram.com for more information and for a location near you.

What are my shipping options? TOP
You have three options to choose from for your shipping method. If you select our standard shipping option, your package should arrive within 5-9 business days after your order has been processed and shipped, however this is not a guarantee. Our next shipping method is Priority Mail which is 2-3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. If you are in a hurry, you may also choose to have your package overnighted to you. Overnight shipping rates vary and you must e-mail us for a shipping quote before you place your order. Please note, Overnight shipping is ONLY the shipping option once your order has been processed and completed. This does not guarantee next day delivery of your order. If you are in need of your order to be delivered the next day you must first contact us to see if a rush order is available on the products you would like to order and also request Overnight Shipping. Shipping rates vary depending on the quanity of items that you order. If you need a specific shipping quote please e-mail us at customerservice@thegirlygirlbowtique.com.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
Using a SSL secured server, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All credit card and debit card transactions are through Paypal, which is a free and secure service.

How do I know what kind of clip is best for my daughter's hair? TOP

Typically, alligator clips are best for babies and toddlers or any girly girls with fine or thin hair. We add a "no slip grip" on the inside of the alligator clip to help hold the hair in place and keep the clip from slding out of her hair. Alligator clips are available on our baby clips and baby hair bows, toddler hair bows, small hair bows, medium hair bows and korkers unless they are otherwise stated or custom ordered. Our Alligator clips are double pronged and are great when they are used in the hair by theirself or over a pony-o. French Barrette's are better for preschool aged girls or older girls with thicker hair. Our French Barrette's measure 2.25" and will hold well when used by theirself or when used over a pony-o. Our Medium Hair Bows and Korkers are available on a French Barrette and all of our Large Hair Bows are attached to a French Barrette unless otherwise stated or custom ordered. Do you seal the ends of the ribbon to prevent them from fraying? TOP
Absolutely! We professionally seal all ends, even the ones that you don't see, to make your hair bows long lasting and durable.

Do you do rush orders? TOP
If you are in a hurry and need something within 7 days please e-mail us first at customerservice@thegirlygirlbowtique.com and tell us what it is you would like to order and what your time frame is and we can let you know if it is possible. It will depend on product availability and size of order but we will do everything we can to help you. If we can meet your request, you will need to choose the Rush Orders option at checkout for a fee of $15 and choose Priority Mail as your shipping option. I am looking for a color or style that I do not see listed on your website. Do you have other ribbons available? TOP
Yes! There are thousands of variations of ribbon colors, styles, patterns or textures that we have access to. If you are looking for something specific or need help in matching something please e-mail us at customerservice@thegirlygirlbowtique.com for more information.

Can I order a hair bow on an alligator clip without a "no slip grip"? TOP
Yes! If your order is not a custom order and you would like for the "no slip grip" to be left off of the alligator clip, just make a note of it when checking out under special requests. If you are placing a custom order please make sure that you let us know in your e-mail.

Can I ship to a different address other than my own? TOP
Absolutely! At checkout, make sure that you put in the correct shipping address if different than your billing address.

If an item says "out of stock" or "sold out" will it ever be available again? TOP
Yes! Sometimes certain ribbons or products are backordered and we may have a period of time before it is available again. If this is the case, the item will be listed as "out of stock" until it becomes available. If there is an item or a ribbon that is out of stock and you would like to be notified when it is available please e-mail us at customerservice@thegirlygirlbowtique.com and we will e-mail you as soon as it is available.

If an item says "limited quanities" does this mean you will not have it available after it is sold out? TOP
Yes! Occassionally we may have limited editions or limited quanities of certain ribbons that we can offer to you until it runs out. If an item is listed with "limited quanities" and it is something that you may want, grab it while you can because once it is sold out we will not be able to offer it again.

Do you ship to Canada or Internationally? TOP
 Yes, we ship to all countries outside of the US. Our checkout system only supports Paypal supported countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at customerservice@thegirlygirlbowtique.com for instructions on how to complete your order. We also accept Money Gram money orders for all international orders.
